DESCRIPTION: Bilobate meandering trails with a distinct, wide median furrow, with or without transverse scratches along the raised edges; meanders can also be tightly coiled (closely spaced).
BEHAVIOR(S): Locomotion (repichnia)
ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS: Marine environments; typical of turbidte (flysh) deposits
POSSIBLE TRACEMAKERS: Echinoids, worms, vermiform organism, and/or gastropods
GEOLOGIC RANGE: Cambrian to recent
