DESCRIPTION: Horizontal bilaterally symmetrical trail or burrow of negative epirelief, consisting of variably shaped, ribbon like or ridgelike, ribbed median axis. Narrow lateral ridges to either side of the median axis transversely striated.

BEHAVIOR(S): Locomotion or feeding trace

ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS: Shallow to deep marine environments.

POSSIBLE TRACEMAKERS: Gastropods, echinoids.

GEOLOGIC RANGE: Cambrian-recent.
