DESCRIPTION: Borings that are spaced groupings or networks of very small, circular or spherical chambers connected with shallow shared walls and small, short tunnels connecting chambers.

BEHAVIOR(S): Domichnia (dwelling) of a suspension feeding organism.

ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS: Fully marine environments.

POSSIBLE TRACEMAKERS: Clionid sponges (class Demospongiae, phylum Porifera).

GEOLOGIC RANGE: Devonian-recent.
