DESCRIPTION: Short to long, vertical, conical to subcylindrical burrows with a smooth, rounded base; burrow infill may be unstructured or have V-shaped laminae (after Hammersburg, Hasiotis, & Robison, 2018).
BEHAVIOR(S): Dwelling (domichnia) or resting (cubichnia).
ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS: Marine and continental terrestrial and aquatic environments.
POSSIBLE TRACEMAKERS: Variety of tracemakers - clams, anemone, snails, bivalves, and other organisms.
GEOLOGIC RANGE: Cambrian-recent.
